 Welcome to the Holly Jolly Blog hop!  My project features the December 25th Cricut Cartridge designed by Teresa Collins. I used the Noel sentiment and the finch on a branch cuts. I added a little black dimension and popped out the cuts with pop dots.  Very simple - yet elegant!

Halloween Blog Hop + Gift Card Giveaway!

Halloween is one of my favorite days, so when I saw that Yolonda was hosting a Halloween blog hop, I hopped on! I made these cards with black cardstock, 1 sheet of MyMindsEye Halloween Lost & Found glitter cardstock and die cuts, ribbon, twine, button, and brads. That's about it! It took less than one hour to make 5 cards and a layout.  I love easy projects!

Craft Room Remodel - and prize giveaway!

Every year my kids take off for 1-3 weeks and spend time with the grandparents. That leaves me and hubs plenty of time for dates and special projects. This year my room was chosen for our special project!  Yay - what a blessing!

 Repainted my Ikea wooden desk and bathroom shelves. They hold my Cricut cartridges and jars of embellishments just fine!

Approximate cost of remodel...

Paint = $80

Ikea Billy Bookcase = $550

Flooring = $250

Window covering = $60

Total = Under $1K A great do-it-yourself project!

Cute layout. I just became an e-mail follower. My husband, 3 sons, and I go camping every summer. We do it the old-fashioned way....in tents. Oh, what I wouldn't give for a camper..LOL! Honestly though, we love it, and find a new state campground to go to every year. We have so much fun! Thanks for the chance to win the stamp set....GG

Oh, this is wonderful! I love your 3 snowflakes and embossed background. You did a great job with this challenge.

The Crafty Gals December Challenge & Giveaway!

Our challenge this month is to make a holiday card keeping the number 3 in mind. Everything on our cards had to be in 3's. 3 layers (card base does NOT count as a layer), 3 stamped images (or an image with 3 things on it), 3 embellishments (3 buttons, 3 ribbons etc. or 1 ribbon, 1 pearl, and 1 brad etc). There could be no words or sentiments on the front of the card. So I came up with this quick and easy Christmas card. I used a blue base and cuttlebugged the snowflakes on the white cardstock on front.  I used blue in to ring out the snowflakes. Then I used my Creative memories Square puncher to cut out blue and white card stock.  I inked the white squares too. Digital Scrapbooking Software Giveaway!
