Naughty is the New Nice

This nurse is ready to help her patient get better...that's about all I'll say about this card - lol!
The sentiment is from Lori Whitlock and the stamp is from The Greeting Farm.
I made this card to put a smile on my hubs face after he's been sick for the last 3 weeks - sigh.

Mounted Reindeer - Cricut Craft Room Freebie

The Cricut Craft Room freebie this week is the Mounted Reindeer.  A bit morbid, but I love it!
You can still cut yours out until they change it.  There is a new freebie every Tuesday - so Monday's the last day...then you have to buy it.

Lexicon of Love Cherish Anniversary Card

I wanted to make a card using some scraps from my stash. You know...those little pieces of paper that you feel so bad throwing away.  So I decide to use the Stampin up Lexicon of Love Stamp set to make this card.  It was really easy to make with my extra scraps. I like how the sheer ribbon accents the background!

Stashing Through the Snow

These ornaments are made with cute vinyl mustaches. I used a paint marker to write Stashing Through the Snow on each ornament. Then I stuck the mustaches on. I love the gray one. Which one do you like?

Three Little Words - Stampin Up Card

This card uses the Three Little Words Stampin Up stamp set.  It's one of many that I snagged at the Goodwill the other day for cheap.  I love to create, but love it even more when I can pick up great items for 75% off or more!  This card is going to make someone really happy when I bunch it up with a few other cards and give it away this Christmas.

Holly Jolly Blog Hop

Welcome to the Holly Jolly Blog hop!  My project features the December 25th Cricut Cartridge designed by Teresa Collins. I used the Noel sentiment and the finch on a branch cuts. I added a little black dimension and popped out the cuts with pop dots.  Very simple - yet elegant!

Here's the line up!

Congratulations - Easy Peasy Card

I purchased this paper during an SEI sale this year.  I think I got it for $3 for a pack of 24 or something crazy like that.  When it came in I really wanted to make something with it - so I punched out a few flowers added a sentiment, ribbon, and bling to it.  Easy Peasy!

Crafty Gals Challenge - Fall Blessings

This month's Crafty Gals challenge is hosted by Jackie.  She challenged us with creating a fall themed project: November is for Thanksgiving & we all have so many things to be thankful for so my challenge for you this month is to create a project to showcase our Blessings. It can be a card, shadowbox, picture frame, scrabook layout, mini album, etc. Please make whatever your heart desires as long as it features what you are thankful for & I also want you to use a Fall theme for your creations.

Nothing says fall like a trip to my cabin in the woods, and cabin time is FAMILY time. We always do fun things together when we go to the cabin. This trip we spend time wandering the forest on the ATV and hiking the woods. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with my family in such a beautiful place.

I made this treat holder for the Cabin's kitchen because I actually wanted to use my Pottery Barn bowl for it's purpose instead of as a candy dish. When I see this Scattered Pines paper from Paper Loft, it reminds me of family time and the blessings I have each and every day.

<------Be sure to visit the Crafty Gals blogs to see the projects that they posted this month!

Handmade Advent Calendar Frame with Boxes

I must confess...I've wanted one of these advent calendars for YEARS!  I just couldn't cough up the money to purchase one the other day when I saw one at the Hobby Lobby.  Luckily, I had some credit on Silhouette America and Lori Whitlock designed a file that was perfect for me!  Here's my new Advent Calendar.  Inside the boxes are candy, legos, and special messages. I'm so happy!

The calendar is made up of 19 pieces of 12x12" white paper and 2 pieces of 8xll" colored cardstock.
I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut it out.  In all it took less than 3 hours to cut it and put it together.  So cool!
