Barbecue Grill Gift Card Holder From Lettering Delights

When I saw this Barbecue Grill Gift Card holder from Lettering Delights I just had to have it. I purchased it and downloaded it to my Silhouette Design Studio and went to work. It was real easy to cut, but folding the grill cover was more challenging than I had anticipated.  I used tacky tape to get it to hold but after a few days it started to unravel a bit. Darn. My dad liked the presen, but next time I'll spend more time on the lid to get it just right.  Oh and learn.

Poppin Tags At Goodwill: Old Jeans Made New With Craft Supplies

I bought these old pair of jeans at the Goodwill. They were only four dollars on 1/2 price Saturday... what a deal. The problem is that they are missing a button. What's a girl to do.?

I immediately thought that I could just replace the button with a new one. And then I thought that might be too much work. So I grabbed my e6000 glue and my handy dandy embellishment button jar. I glued the embellishment to the broken button.  Then I went around the edges of the button with my sealer glue and let it dry.

I get a lot of compliments on these jeans. They're great find and I'm so glad that I got do this project with supplies I already had. They've been in the wash a few times already and they're still looking great. I love these pants.
